Refunds

Please choose carefully when making your purchases online. Timber and Tailor does not offer returns, refunds or exchange of goods for a change of mind. 

We will pack your shopping with care in suitable packaging for shipping the type of goods you have purchased from us.  If your goods do arrive damaged we are happy to provide either a full refund or an exchange of goods.  Please contact Belinda by email belinda@timberandtailor.com.  

Timber and Tailor will be responsible for any postage/shipping charges associated with the replacement and/or return of damaged items.
